YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.
Within the Group, you will join the IT department (DSI) which aims to drive the digital transformation of the GIE (local and corporate functions), promoting and deploying innovative IT solutions aligned with the Group's strategy. The DSI serves as a true partner to the business functions, providing support and guidance.
In this department, you will join the Corporate Functions team, delivering end-to-end, compliant-by-design solutions for business teams.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:
As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to:
• Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects, ensuring that all project goals are met within the specified deadlines and budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with your product line manager and Business teams
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budget management
• Coordinate all stakeholders of projects, following IT gouvernance
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools
• Manage BAU of applications under your IT ownership
• Manage the relation and having a good understanding of the Business needs in the support of their day to day activities
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Master's level education in Engineering or Business School.
• Proven experience as a technical Project Manager or similar role in the technology industry
• Project management skills.
• Cloud skills
• PMP certification would be a plus
• Analytical, communication, and multicultural teamwork skills.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and proven relational skills with various interlocutors.
• 10 years of experience in a similar position and a good command of English.
