Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting , proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120 . Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts.

More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities , based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York.

To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management .

About the role

Throughout this mission, you will be fully embedded in the CRM team and contribute directly to some of our core chapters, Lead Nurturing, Upsell, and broader Communications, while supporting the CRM Manager across the full lead and customer lifecycle.

At Greenly, we believe the next frontier of CRM isn't just automation, it's intelligence. You'll help us explore and build AI-powered workflows that make our communications sharper, more contextual, and more impactful at scale.

Your missions will include:

Strategy & ideation

In collaboration with the CRM Manager:

  • Map and define CRM journeys for our inbound leads and customers, identifying the right moments to deliver relevant, personalized content

  • Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to improve our sequences, campaigns, and overall CRM approach

Campaign creation & operations

  • Build and manage email campaigns end-to-end: Create and maintain automated workflows (onboarding flows, nurturing sequences, triggered emails) in collaboration with RevOps and the Product team

  • Support ad hoc requests from Sales (SDRs, Account Managers) to optimize their outreach sequences

Testing & optimization

  • Run A/B tests from hypothesis to analysis, and translate learnings into concrete improvements

  • Monitor campaign KPIs (open rate, CTR, conversion, churn) and produce regular performance reports

  • Identify opportunities to turn one-shot campaigns into scalable, automated workflows

AI-powered CRM - build the next generation of our workflows

This is where you'll have a real chance to shape something new. Concretely, you'll help us design and implement AI agents that make our CRM smarter:

  • Newsletter intelligence: an agent connected to live regulatory feeds, ESG press, and LinkedIn trend monitoring, automatically surfacing relevant topics, generating draft content, and recommending A/B-testable subject lines based on past performance

  • Upsell & cross-sell triggers: an agent that cross-references HubSpot firmographic data (size, sector, revenue, geography) with the regulatory calendar (CSRD, EU taxonomy, carbon reporting obligations…) to detect opportunity windows and trigger hyper-personalized sequences, not generic nurturing, but legitimate contextual pressure at the right moment

  • Product-level precision: identifying clients who've done a global carbon assessment but haven't yet run product-level LCAs, and automatically surfacing the right message to push them toward greater granularity and transparency

The goal isn't AI for the sake of it, it's AI that genuinely improves the experience for our leads and clients, and drives measurable impact.

Skills to succeed

Must-haves:

  • CRM platform experience : hands-on practice with at least one tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo, or Customer.io

  • ✏️ Copywriting : ability to write clear, engaging, conversion-oriented copy in both French and English, adapted to different stages of the customer journey

  • Email marketing fundamentals : solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and deliverability basics

  • Hands-on curiosity with AI tools - prompt engineering, agent building, or workflow automation (n8n, Make, Clay, or similar)

  • Data literacy : at ease with KPIs like open rate, CTR, conversion rate, and churn; confident using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar analytics tools

Nice-to-haves:

  • Basic HTML or experience editing email templates (understanding how layouts work)

  • ⚙️ Familiarity with automation workflows (triggered emails, onboarding sequences, lifecycle flows)

  • Interest in regulatory environments (CSRD, carbon reporting) or sustainability - a real plus given our context

  • Prior exposure to a B2B or SaaS environment
