We believe that aviation will only be electric in the next decades, and we are fully committed to making this a reality, by building the first electric business aircraft using hydrogen propulsion to fly up to 800 NM, five times further than a battery-powered aircraft.

About the role

We’re scaling in Europe and across the Atlantic—and we need someone to help us bring the Beyond Aero experience to life. As our Event Manager, you'll be a central figure in our Marketing & Communications team, reporting directly to our Head of Marketing. You will bring our vision to audiences worldwide through unforgettable moments: from private roundtables to global aviation fairs.

Valuable member of the team your role will be :

• Panel Strategy & Thought Leadership
  • Lead our global panel strategy: identify the right stages, pitch our vision, prepare our speakers, and manage travel budgets. Build long-term partnerships with event organizers in aviation, sustainability, innovation, and luxury.
• Curate In-House Moments
  • Organize events in our showrooms and offices, such as press conferences, discovery days, roundtables, and networking dinners with key players: investors, media, partners, and clients.
• Exhibitions & Fair
  
  • Manage Beyond Aero’s presence at top-tier industry events (e.g. EBACE, NBAA, IFA, or luxury showcases). Design immersive and sustainable booths or installations, balancing budget constraints with creative impact.
    
• Execution & Logistics
  • Handle end-to-end planning: budget, vendors, travel, venues, and timelines. Be the calm, sharp problem-solver who makes the show go on—even under pressure.
• Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Brand, and Leadership to ensure every event aligns with our vision, values, and technical roadmap.

 

About you

• You have at least 3 years in event production, ideally in high-stakes sectors (aviation, luxury, tech, innovation)
• Your are fluent in experience design: you think beyond logistics, crafting physical, emotional, and branded narratives
• You are exceptionally organized: you run timelines, documents and follow-ups with no one chasing you
• You are a proactive communicator: you ensure all stakeholders are consistently informed throughout the project lifecycle
• You have a brand guardian mindset: you can strictly adhere to brand guidelines and adapt every visual and experience accordingly
• You are autonomous, curious, and a good team player
• You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement
• You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity
