Join Excelya, where  Audacity, Care, and Energy  define who we are and how we work. As a Medical Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to support clinical development projects by providing expert medical input and guidance.

In this position, you will ensure that our medical affairs strategies align with our research goals, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions within the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors.

As the liaison between clinical development and other departments, you will help shape clinical strategies through data-driven insights and lead conversations with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide medical expertise during all phases of clinical development.
• Develop and review clinical trial protocols and other study documents.
• Engage with investigators and external medical experts to gather insights and share study progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices.
• Support the Publication and Communication strategy for clinical findings.
• Attend and represent Excelya at relevant conferences and meetings.

Requirements

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong medical background who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Experience: Proven experience in a medical affairs role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (avoid requiring minimum years— talent matters most to us!)
• Skills: Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance practices.
• Education: Medical Degree (MD) or equivalent advanced degree in Life Sciences.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; additional languages will be an advantage.
