- Vision & Product Strategy: Define and communicate the long-term product vision for your domain; develop annual and multi-year roadmaps based on market analysis and client needs.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop the team of PMs & Data Analyst (performance, hiring, succession); establish a high-performing product culture and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Partner closely with Engineering and Design leaders; collaborate with Sales, Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE), and Delivery teams on commercial milestones and strategic conversations.
- Product Delivery: Validate new features and their impact on UX; analyze metrics and feature adoption; prioritize initiatives based on business value and technical complexity.
- Client & Market Relations: Maintain an intimate understanding of client needs and market trends; participate in strategic exchanges with key institutional accounts.
- Experience: 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years in a Product Leadership role.
- Domain: Proven track record in B2B SaaS, specifically within a data-intensive or analytics vertical.
- Commercial Mindset: Comfortable in customer-facing strategic conversations; fluent in revenue and unit-economics thinking.
- Languages: Fluent professional French & English (working languages across our international team).
