Your Missions

Pelico is hiring a VIE Forward Deployed Engineer, a hands-on builder working at the intersection of data engineering, AI, and customer problem-solving. This role combines Python/SQL development with an AI-driven approach to real-world operational challenges.

You’ll work closely with Pelico’s team and enterprise customers to support AI implementations: helping build data pipelines, automate workflows, and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve operational performance.

This is a highly technical and ownership-driven internship. You’ll contribute to real production projects, interact with customers, and support both product and delivery efforts.

What you'll do

• Working on our evolution toward an agent-first platform

• Build sophisticated modeling tools that allow manufacturers to test “what-if” scenarios

• Create intelligent recommendation engines and predictive analytics systems

• Contribute to deploying AI-powered agents

• Engage with customers to understand needs and adapt solutions

• Help shape delivery processes and early product practices

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships or first job) in software development, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.

• Eligible for the V.I.E. program (French or EU citizen, aged 18–28, registered on mon-vie-via.businessfrance.fr ).
