Global Merchandising Development & Procurement assistant

6-month internship starting from January 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the team on all international merchandising developments for Luxury Division – Fragrances, Skincare & Make up (Burberry, Gucci, Hugo Boss, Chloé…),

Your main focus:

You will participate in the development and purchase of merchandising items through various missions:

• Contribute on the brief with merchandising teams for all luxury brands.
• Involve in the tender with different suppliers and work closely with the team, analyze prices and get a purchasing dimension
• Participate in all phases of the project: from the brief to the final delivery
• Manage the planning, coordination with internal & external contacts
• Follow up the development & production, be strength of proposal
• Conduct regular competitor and trend studies

As an experienced Operational merchandising assistant, you will be part of our team and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Rigorous
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time
• you adapt easily to new situations and you are involved in your mission
• you like the challenge
• Fluent in French & and good level in English
• 1st experience in marketing / merchandising or agency will be appreciate (but not mandatory!)
