1-year apprentice Digital Shelf Excellence Europe
Starting September 2026

The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14, rue du Quatre S eptembre 75002).

Join COTY and play an active role in accelerating the online growth of our iconic Prestige and Consumer Beauty brands like Adidas, Hugo Boss, Burberry and Calvin Klein . Working within our eRetail team, you’ll gain hands-on experience optimizing product content, improving organic visibility, and helping drive conversion results across the EU region’s top e-retailers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Y our main focus is to e nhance D igital S helf E xcellence throughout Europe and improve conversion on Amazon, Douglas, Notino & other leading e-retailers pages via:

• Enhanced content: work on the daily with global brands, agencies, local  markets and e-retailers to develop custom, consistent and qualitative branded content (PDP+/A+/ Brandshops etc ) and ensure its go live on time for launches and key sales moments

• Rates & Reviews : collaborate on the daily with agencies to collect briefing information for testers targeting, ensure R&R display at retailer from product launch day and analyze performance

• Esampling : collaborate with agency to support over branded customer journeys development and ensure availability to markets  in due time

• Audits : conduct brand and category overview reports to extract content insights and uncover growth opportunities

• UGC : collaborate with global brands, local markets, agencies and e-retailers to ensure authentic User Generated Content development and display on PDPs carousel

All the above requires :

• assisting with day-to-day coordination of timelines and priorities

• working with tools such as DSA/PIM/DAM

You will report into the Digital Shelf Excellence Europe Manager .

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You are/have:

• Currently enrolled in Master program and remain enrolled throughout the apprenticeship

• Solid organizational, time-management and attention to details skills

• Clear and confident communication capabilities across teams and stakeholders

• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership, with a solution-oriented mindset

• Curious, creative and at ease with  multi tasking in a fast-paced environment

• Experienced in eCommerce or digital marketing, ideally in the beauty industry

• Proficient in PowerPoint; Excel is a plus

• Fluent in English
