We're at the forefront of research to deliver innovative health solutions that advance the prevention and treatment of diseases around the world.Join us in our mission to use the power of leading-edge science to save and improve lives.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee a portfolio of clinical trials across one or more Therapeutic Areas, ensuring successful delivery from feasibility through study close-out.Drive study performance by ensuring enrollment, quality, timelines, milestones, and compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and our standards. Develop and implement operational strategies, quality plans, and risk mitigation approaches to ensure optimal execution of the clinical trial portfolio.Lead, coach, and develop a team of Clinical Research Managers, fostering high performance, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.Build strong partnerships with internal cross-functional stakeholders and external collaborators, including investigators, sites, vendors, and regulatory authorities.Contribute to country and global strategic initiatives, supporting the growth of clinical research capabilities and the successful delivery of the development pipeline.Skills & ExperienceExtensive experience in clinical research operations, including clinical trial management, project leadership, and team management. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, clinical trial processes, and the local clinical research environment. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience developing, motivating, and managing high-performing teams.Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills in a global and cross-functional environment.
