What you'll do:

• Conduct cold outreach calls to small businesses in Finland

• Understand prospects' needs and identify key decision-makers

• Create new commercial opportunities and pass them to the sales team

• Guide prospects through the first steps of the process

Who we're looking for:

• Fluent Finnish speake r

• Basic English or French skills to communicate with management

• A sales-driven mindset with a passion for people

• Self-motivated , results-oriented, and organized

• Creative, proactive, and resilient when facing objections

• Skilled communicator who thinks in terms of solutions

• Comfortable using basic digital tools

• Registered freelancer

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with Google Sheets

• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
