KEY RESPONSABILITIES :

We are hiring our first Data Analyst to take full ownership of the company’s data stack and analytics strategy. This role reports directly to the founding team and plays a key role in structuring data, building reliable analytics foundations, and delivering actionable insights. You will work at the crossroads of product analytics, growth, and business intelligence , with a strong focus on funnels, retention, and acquisition metrics . Your key responsbilites :

• Structure, organize, and centralize the company’s data, currently handled through existing BI tools and internal setups.
• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards used by product, growth, and leadership teams.
• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention curves to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to define tracking plans, data pipelines, and analytics best practices.
• Define, monitor, and improve key KPIs across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Work with tools such as Amplitude , Metabase , and other analytics solutions (stack is open to evolution).
• Support experimentation efforts (A/B testing, feature analysis, growth experiments).
• Document data models, metrics definitions, and processes to ensure long-term scalability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience : 3 to 5 years as a Data Analyst, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment, ideally having experienced a growth or scaling phase. Bonus, Experience with mobile apps, SaaS products, studio apps, or growth/CRO-oriented teams.
• Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in SQL and Python . Solid experience with BI and product analytics tools.
• Analytics Expertise : Hands-on experience with funnels, cohort analysis, retention curves, and acquisition metrics.
• Mindset : Highly curious, analytical, and structured thinker with strong logical and mathematical reasoning.
• Communication : Fluent in English (English is the only working language).
• Work Environment : Comfortable working remotely within an international team.
