About the role

Location: Paris or remote
Salary: 50 - 65 K euros
Job Overview: Play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and automation of our infrastructure, working closely with product and development teams to support fast and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Management : Operate and maintain Kubernetes clusters on
GCP, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of containerized
workloads.
-Cloud Operations : Architect and optimize GCP-based infrastructure,
leveraging services like GKE, Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage for
performance and cost efficiency.
- Bare Metal Administration: Manage and maintain bare metal Debian servers,
including OS configuration, patch management, and performance tuning for
critical workloads.
- Automation : Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as
code (IaC) using Helm, GitHub Actions (GHA), and GKE, while automating
repetitive administrative tasks.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting
systems (e.g., DataDog, PagerDuty) to ensure system health and rapid
incident response.
- Security : Implement security best practices across Kubernetes, GCP, and
Unix environments, including access controls, network policies, and
vulnerability management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to ensure
seamless integration of applications with infrastructure and streamline
deployment processes
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues,
ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance across hybrid
environments.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for
infrastructure setups, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures.

Infrastructure Evolution: Keep infrastructure aligned with modern DevOps
practices, adopting new tools and technologies to enhance performance and
efficiency.
Business Alignment : Ensure infrastructure solutions support business
objectives, enabling rapid delivery of features and services with high
reliability
Preferred Experience
Hard Skills
- Significant first experiences 2-4 years in DevOps, system administration, or
related roles, with a focus on Kubernetes, GCP, and Unix-based systems. - Expertise in managing Kubernetes clusters, including deployment, scaling, and
troubleshooting. - Experience with GCP services GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, etc.)
and IaC tools like Helm. - Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration, including scripting
Bash, Python). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitHub Actions.
Good understanding of networking, security practices, and container
orchestration. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex, cross-platform
issues - Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical
stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or
equivalent experience)
