You bring +5 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact. You support clients in the implementation, adaptation, and deployment of Oracle Retail Xstore, SIOCS, and front-office solutions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and business needs.You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role ResponsibilitiesPerform functional analysis and design for XStore and SIOCS.Adapt solutions to meet local legal and operational requirements.Configure, test, and support go-live and post-go-live phases.Deliver user training and manage change adoption.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure integration with other systems (ERP, OMS, CRM, etc.).To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 5+ years in Retail consulting or POS/Store Operations integration.Expertise with XStore POS, XStore Office, SIOCS, ORCE, Order Broker, EFTLink.Strong knowledge of front-office (sales, payments, loyalty) and back-office retail processes (stock, inventory, transfers).Experience in customization and multi-system integration.Proven track record in multi-country, multi-brand projects.Strong client-facing and communication skills.Fluent level of English and French.If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
