We build a SaaS platform that helps brands especially in cosmetics measure , reduce , and manage their environmental footprint with real scientific depth.

We sit at the intersection of climate science , software , AI , and real-world credibility .

Goal: become the global reference for climate data in consumer products .

• Evan, Co-Founder & CPO (the person you will collaborate the most)

Why this role matters

We rely on LCA every day, but we don’t yet have anyone on the team with formal LCA training . You’ll bring scientific rigor , improve external credibility , and help deliver strategic projects (Bureau Veritas, pharma, ingredients).

What you’ll do

You’ll act as a scientific anchor for product, clients, and methodology:

• Develop and refine LCA methodologies (EF-compliant, Bureau Veritas)
• Support complex LCA projects (e.g. pharma, new categories, ingredient-level)
• Assist with carbon reporting for key upsells
• Help onboard clients from a methodological perspective
• Translate technical results into clear insights for marketing, product, or C-level stakeholders

Your expected impact

• Build solid, auditable methodologies
• Streamline onboarding and data handling
• Elevate client trust and audit readiness
• Help ship and support special LCA projects

You’re a strong fit if you:

• Hold a degree in LCA , environmental science , or sustainability engineering
• Know your way around EF standards, ISO, SimaPro, ecoinvent, OpenLCA
• Have delivered real-world LCA projects in cosmetics, CPG, or chemicals
• Can explain complex results clearly to non-scientific stakeholders
• Are fully fluent in French and English (spoken + written) this is non-negotiable
• Enjoy building structure in ambiguity, adapting fast, and contributing broadly

• Aren’t confident working in French and English every day
• Prefer fixed scopes over messy, iterative environments
• Struggle to simplify and communicate complex findings
• Lack experience building or defending LCA methodology
• Don’t want to play a central role in a cross-functional team

Practical Information

• Contract: Permanent (CDI)
• Salary: 55-70K + bonus depending on profile and experience
