L’Apprenti Restauration (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

• Accueillir le client,

• Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,

• Veiller à la mise à jour des informations afin de donner à la clientèle une information juste et rapide,

• Respecter les procédures, les standards et les valeurs Marriott,

• Connaître la carte et les produits

• Est en charge de la mise en place du point de vente pour le bon déroulement du service

• Sous la directive du maitre d’hôtel ou du chef de rang, le commis peut être amené à effectuer les prises de commandes clients,

• Effectuer un service de grande qualité, servir les plats et boissons commandées par le client avec courtoisie,

• Effectuer les tâches de travail attribuées par son supérieur hiérarchique, telles que mise en place, service des mets et boissons, débarrassage, entre la cuisine et le point de vente

• Bonnes connaissances des arts de la table.
