The role will combine project leadership and business development, with the potential to become a key reference for BIP’s Energy practice in France.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at major Energy clients.Identify client needs and translate them into consulting and transformation opportunities.Lead complex business transformation and advisory projects, ensuring quality and business impact.Coordinate multidisciplinary consulting teams and provide senior guidance throughout project delivery.Contribute to client development and business growth, supporting the expansion of BIP’s Energy & Utilities presence in France.Profile & Experience10+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in leading consulting firms and seniority consistent with a Senior Manager / Director role.Strong track record with major French Energy playersDeep knowledge of the French electricity and gas retail market, its business models, competitive dynamics and key processes.Strong understanding of the French Energy regulatory framework and its implications for energy retailers.Experience in Energy business transformation, including areas such as sales, customer management, customer operations, billing, credit and operating model transformation.Proven ability to manage senior client relationships, understand business needs and identify and develop new consulting opportunities.Strong experience in leading complex projects and coordinating consulting teams.Business-oriented profile with strong consulting capabilitiesFluent/native French and professional English.Existing relationships or a strong professional network within the French Energy ecosystem would be a significant plus.Why Bip?People at the center of our cultureTrust and collaboration, entrepreneurship and courage, meritocracy and development drive the growth of our people.
