RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Content Performance & Trends Assistant Project Manager within the Global Data & Analytics Team, your main focuses are content performance, creative insights and trends.

Your main focus:

• Analyze content performance by tracking utilization, timeliness, creative scoring, and effectiveness across digital platforms.
• Monitor content trends and generate insights on creative best practices and emerging formats.
• Contribute to strategic recommendations by synthesizing findings into actionable insights & guidelines for internal teams.
• Collaborate and share knowledge & upskill cross-functionally with brand & other digital teams to ensure alignment on content strategies.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to manage projects efficiently, work with data-driven insights and bring structure to complex tasks. As an organized and open-minded Performance & Trends Assistant Project Manager, you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where collaboration and innovation go hand in hand. You enjoy analyzing trends, streamlining processes, and supporting teams to craft strategic recommendations.

Other than that, you:

• Have a strong grasp of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and, ideally, data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Possess excellent organizational and project management skills, ensuring tasks are delivered on time.
• Are comfortable working with data and insights, translating numbers into meaningful takeaways.
• Have strong communication skills, allowing you to work across teams and present findings clearly.
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Are eager to learn and adapt, staying curious about content trends and performance analytics.
