Your tasks :Manage full-cycle recruiting processes across various Dilitrust offices (FR + International)Develop and manage sourcing strategies for positions across various businesses and technical functions (GTM, Sales, Corporate, Engineering)Deeply understand hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategiesIdentify, attract, and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goalsHelp improve our process, documentation, tooling (ATS)Identify candidate closing strategies and proactively coach and inform candidates through the entire recruiting processContribute to continuous improvement and innovation in the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems, services, and processesYour profile:5+ years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Experience hiring across multiple countries.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Confident sourcing and engaging passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms.Able to handle multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in English and French, 3rd speaking language is a plus.Our values:At DiliTrust, our values guide everything we do.
