Infrastructure Automation Engineer (x10)

Location: France, Spain, Portugal, Eastern Europe (Applications outside these regions will not be considered.)

We’re hiring Infrastructure Automation Engineers who love eliminating manual toil, building reliable automation, and treating infrastructure like software. If you thrive in complex environments, automate everything, and enable engineering teams to move faster and safer — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain IaC for cloud + on‑prem environments

• Create self‑service modules, blueprints, and golden paths for engineering teams

• Automate configuration management, patching, and drift detection

• Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines across languages and platforms

• Implement progressive delivery (blue/green, canary, feature flags)

• Operate and automate Kubernetes and container platforms

• Build automation for incident response, operational tasks, and self‑healing systems

• Deliver observability automation (dashboards, alerts, SLOs) as code

• Embed security, compliance, and cost optimisation into every layer of automation

This is a hands‑on engineering role where operations are versioned, tested, reviewed, and continuously improved .

Tech Stack

You don’t need everything — but you should be strong across most and eager to learn the rest.

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP

• IaC: Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi, CloudFormation

• Config Mgmt: Ansible, Puppet, Chef

• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, OpenShift

• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Argo CD, Azure DevOps

• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, ELK

• Languages: Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell

• Security: Vault, IAM, OPA, image scanning, CIS benchmarks

What You Bring

• 4+ years in DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering

• Strong hands‑on experience with IaC and at least one major cloud provider

• Solid experience with containers, orchestration, and CI/CD

• Ability to build automation using Python, Go, or similar

• A software‑engineering mindset : testing, version control, code review, documentation

Bonus Points

• Kubernetes at scale

• GitOps & policy‑as‑code

• Security automation or FinOps exposure

• Certifications: CKA/CKAD, AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform Associate
