JUNIOR FRAGRANCE MANAGER – OLFACTORY STUDIO

Write the Join Coty as Junior Fragrance Manager to create iconic scents for global luxury brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Junior Fragrance Manager, you are responsible for development, quality, innovation.

You will support the creation of winning fragrances for Coty Luxury brands, ensuring olfactory excellence and brand DNA consistency across multiple markets and categories.

Your main focus:

Develop fragrances for luxury brands

• Ensure olfactory signatures align with brand identity and performance objectives
• Collaborate with labs, marketing, and procurement to deliver consistent results
• Guarantee fragrance quality throughout the development process

Manage briefs and timelines

• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Follow up on claims and technical requirements
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders

Analyze market trends

• Conduct benchmarks and monitor launches
• Prepare trend presentations for internal teams
• Identify innovation opportunities

Drive innovation and prospective development

• Contribute to new fragrance concepts and creative ideas
• Support exploratory projects for future launches

Maintain fragrance database

• Update and organize internal fragrance library
• Ensure accurate documentation for all projects
