You will work with market and customer insights, pricing strategies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver effective marketing initiatives and help drive commercial success.ResponsibilitiesExecute brand plans for specific products, services, or specialty areas within established brand management systemsExecute marketing plans and campaigns within established marketing frameworksCollect, analyse, and interpret data to support business and marketing decisionsConduct economic and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insightsSupport solution analysis and product positioning initiativesContribute to project management activities and cross-functional initiativesSupport pricing strategy development and executionDeliver marketing execution activities aligned with business objectivesKey Requirements:Analyse customer, market and business data to identify trends, insights and opportunities that support informed decision-making.Conduct market, customer and competitor research to build a strong understanding of target audiences, buying behaviours and commercial opportunities.Translate research findings into clear recommendations, action plans and materials that support business growth and brand development.Use commercial insight to contribute to sales, marketing, pricing and customer segmentation strategies.Identify gaps between current and desired outcomes, diagnose needs through effective questioning and recommend practical solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to align customer needs, sales processes and commercial priorities.Support strategic and tactical negotiations by helping shape value-led proposals that benefit both the customer and the organisation.Work independently with confidence, while sharing expertise and guidance with others where needed.Work in a Way That Works for YouWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
