Who you are

You are a hands-on GTM builder with a strong product mindset and a high bar for craft. You enjoy cracking messy GTM problems, rolling up your sleeves to run deals yourself, and then turning what works into systems that scale. You’re driven by efficiency, leverage, and quality, and you care deeply about how creative teams experience the tools they use.

You’ll thrive here if:

  • You have 5+ years of experience across GTM, revenue, or growth in B2B SaaS, with ownership of real outcomes end to end

  • You’ve built or operated low-touch or hybrid GTM motions before (PLG, product-assisted sales, mid-market)

  • You believe great GTM reduces the need for sales by default (fewer calls, demos, manual steps), but you are happy to step in yourself when it clearly pushes a deal forward

  • You’re a builder at heart : resourceful, action-driven, and comfortable creating your own tools, workflows, and experiments (often with AI)

  • You’re obsessed with efficiency and leverage , constantly simplifying, automating, or removing what doesn’t work

  • You’re opinionated and data-driven : you track the right metrics, test quickly, and adjust based on what actually moves conversion and expansion

  • You care deeply about craft and quality , especially when working with designers and creative teams

  • You are fluent in English

Strong bonus if (not required)

  • Experience selling to or working with designers, creative teams, agencies, or studios

  • Firsthand exposure to design-led companies or tools (e.g. early GTM at Figma, Notion, Framer, Linear, Canva, Attio, Clay)

  • Background in business development or partnerships at a design studio or creative agency

Not a fit if

  • You’re only comfortable with classic enterprise sales and long procurement cycles

  • You expect a large sales team, mature processes, or a narrow execution role

  • You prefer managing over building in the early phase

Your mission

You’ll be the first GTM team member and help us shape our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO , your mission is to build and own a state-of-the-art mid-market GTM system that converts $2–25k ACV teams and grows them over time, with minimal manual sales work.

  • Generate and convert team deals from inbound , the existing user base (product signals, usage patterns), and targeted outbound ( e.g. studios and creative teams)

  • Make these deals fast, profitable, and repeatable – without building a heavy sales org

  • Set teams up for long-term retention and expansion

  • Lay foundations for future enterprise GTM ($75k+), without running it yet

  • Grow and structure the GTM team within 6–9 months

Target: bringing the mid-market segment to $3M ARR in 1 year.

What this looks like day-to-day

  • Deeply understand how teams discover, try, buy, and expand Jitter. Identify where deals slow down or fall apart across demos, trials, onboarding, pricing, and procurement

  • Own $2–25k ACV deals , from first contact to multi-seat agreement. Jump in when it helps a team succeed, use every deal to simplify the path from “knowing Jitter” to “paying as a team”

  • Grow demand beyond inbound by expanding teams already in the product based on usage signals, and reaching out to studios and teams who should collaborate on Jitter but don’t yet

  • Streamline the GTM motion by replacing one-off sales work with reusable flows, materials, and AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort without lowering the bar

  • Track volume, conversion, and expansion to understand what’s working and make results repeatable and predictable

  • Define when to add the first GTM hires (GTM Engineer, RevOps, CS, AEs). Hire, onboard, and lead that team to keep scaling the mid-market segment

More specifically:

  • Join at a defining moment. Jitter has strong product-market fit, a fast-growing base of creative teams (>15% MoM growth on team ARR), and increasing demand from agencies and mid-market companies. The raw material is here, the system needs to be built

  • Own a critical growth lever. You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to define how Jitter converts and expands teams. This is a key part of the company’s next growth phase

  • Design a state-of-the-art GTM model. You’ll have the freedom to rethink how mid-market GTM should work today: low-touch by default, product- and AI-powered, with human effort used deliberately

  • Grow with the company. As Jitter scales, your role will evolve too. If you want to expand your scope, build a larger team, or step into a more strategic leadership role, we’ll support that growth with trust, autonomy, and long-term perspective.

  • Work from our new flagship 500m² flagship studio in the heart of Le Marais , a design-driven space to collaborate closely with the team in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, and where we also host events and welcome the global creative community
