Product Manager ET&A

We are looking for a Product Manager on Western Europe scope for ET&A. The position is located in Boulogne-Billancourt (near Paris, France) with up to 2 days / week home office.

What You'll do

The purpose of the role is to drive the product development, launch, product support, pricing, initiatives and growth of Hilti’s product leadership (PLS). The Product Manager is a key partner to the PLS marketing teams in Hilti Global as well as Trade Managers in regional HUB marketing. The role involves defining and communicating the strategy for product leadership (PLS) for the assigned Business Unit at a regional HUB level. The job holder is responsible for the assigned product lines revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses (OPEX).
Scope: Anchor job in the Product Manager structure. Responsible for assigned product lines within the Region.

What You’ll Bring

• You have an engineering or business degree
• You already have a sales or Marketing experience in the construction industry
• You have strong analytical skills to support strategic decisions
• You have great communication skills, you are proactive and come up with new ideas
• You speak English fluently an have a basis on French eager to learn quickly
