Within the French Operational Marketing department, reporting to the French Marketing Division, the future intern will assist product managers in rolling out campaigns and operations and will contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies for both pharmacies/drugstores and perfume stores from July 2026 until the end of December 2026. .

 

What does this internship involve?

Working at the interface between different departments, your tasks will include:

 

1. Deploying campaigns and cycles:

• Creating sales pitches for the sales force.

• Participating in the design of POS advertising and campaign/cycle tools (TG, displays, publications, sales tools, etc.): calling for bids from suppliers, briefing the studio, validating designs, monitoring production, etc.

• Participating in the organization of seminars and trade shows, as well as the development and implementation of Monoprix podiums and trade shows for groups and brands.

• Participating in the evaluation of campaigns alongside product managers (compilation of results, statistical analysis, etc.).

2. Monitoring the implementation of trade agreements with our distributors (pharmacies and retailers):

• Monitoring and managing trade operations with groups

• Monitoring TG placements within the framework of commercial agreements

• Monitoring the implementation of commercial conditions via matrices

• Create and update planograms in accordance with agreements with groups/retailers on IWD: update per cycle based on new products/launches

3. Cross-functional tasks:

• Actively support the marketing department in relation to the sales force

• Create product codes in conjunction with the supply chain

• Manage inventory

• Analyze competitive intelligence in the field and on the website

• You will be in regular contact with the company's various departments: creative studio, international trade marketing, sales administration, supply chain, regulatory affairs, training & events, and digital.

 

The skills required for this position:

• You are pursuing a four- or five-year degree at a business school or university.

• You have a keen interest in marketing and a strong awareness of the cosmetics industry.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

• You are dynamic, creative, rigorous, and versatile.
