We adopt an ethical and loyal approach to those who choose to work with us, promoting an environment in which people can grow together, thanks to the contamination between different skills.Finance Transformation ManagerWe are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager with strong Finance expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to join our team.We are looking for someone with:A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;Approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally gained within leading consulting firms and/or Finance functions;Significant experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance Transformation programs and Finance Operating Model design;Performance Management, FP&A and Controlling;Accounting, Consolidation and Reporting transformation;ERP-enabled Finance transformation initiatives;Data & Analytics solutions for Finance;Finance digitalization and process optimization programs;Governance, organizational and operating model redesign initiatives;PMO, business case development and management of complex transformation programs;Proven ability to engage and influence CFOs, CEOs and senior executive stakeholders;Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams and complex initiatives;Previous experience in Business Transformation and Change Management programs;Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, ACCA or equivalent are considered a plus.In this role, you will:Assess existing Finance organizations, processes and operating models;Define Finance target operating models and transformation roadmaps;Lead performance improvement, governance and operational efficiency initiatives;Drive ERP, Data & Reporting transformation programs and Finance digitalization efforts;Support clients in modernizing and enhancing their Finance function;Facilitate alignment between Finance, IT and Business stakeholders;Advise CFOs and executive teams on strategic transformation decisions;Lead project teams and contribute to the growth of the CFO Advisory & Business Transformation practice.We also require:Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills;Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities;Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution;Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to quality and detail;Fluent written and spoken English;Availability to travel nationally and internationally.Why Join Us Visible impact on high‑profile digital transformation programs for a global leader.Cross‑functional collaboration with Product, Data/AI, R&D and Digital teams.Accelerated development through mentoring, learning paths, and exposure to senior experts.A culture of innovation and ownership, where your contribution truly matters.An international environment that is dynamic, supportive, and growth‑oriented.Why Bip?People at the center of our cultureTrust and collaboration, entrepreneurship and courage, meritocracy and development drive the growth of our people.
