To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Senior Game Designer (freelancer contract) to join our Publishing team 💪

Role Overview 👀

As Senior Game Designer , you missions will be:

• Creating GDD & Roadmap.

• Detailing specs alongside the game roadmap.

• Balancing features.

• Creating a strong pipeline of live events & seasonal events.

• Playtesting builds.

• Work closely with art/qa/dev team to maximize sprint efficiency. 

• Deliver all the assignment on time, with a strong quality, following the performances of the features improving the target KPIs (LTV) of said games.

Profile:

• Significant experience in a Senior Game Designer role within the gaming sector.

• English native or fluent: excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• A proactive and clear communicator and a team player.

• Data-driven and Growth mindset.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and changes while driving results.
