This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Institutional Sales professional to develop and expand relationships with institutional clients across Germany and Austria, focusing on Fixed Income products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with institutional clients across Germany and Austria.

• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the assigned client portfolio.

• Prepare and deliver commercial presentations, client proposals, and business development meetings.

• Structure and market fixed income investment and interest rate hedging solutions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate closely with Trading, Research, and Client Solutions teams to deliver value-added investment strategies.

• Maintain and grow rates flow business in partnership with Sales Trading colleagues.

• Stay informed on regulatory developments (including EMIR, Solvency, and Basel frameworks) and advise clients on relevant market implications.

• Translate complex client challenges into effective financial market solutions.

• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and prospect engagements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

• CFA qualification or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.

• 5–7 years of experience within Financial Markets, ideally in Institutional Sales.

• Demonstrated experience covering institutional clients within Germany and Austria.

• Strong understanding of Fixed Income markets, derivatives, and structured solutions.

• Knowledge of financial market regulations including EMIR, Solvency II, and Basel.

• Experience working with institutional investors such as insurance companies, asset managers, or pension funds is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record of generating revenue and developing long-term institutional client relationships.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work independently while collaborating across international teams.

• Fluent German and English , both written and spoken.
