French-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Relocate to Porto (Fintech)
We're hiring French-speaking Customer Service Advisors open to relocating to Porto, Portugal for this Fintech role.
You'll support customers of a modern financial services product.
Work model: On-Site.
Start date: 21/Sep/26.
Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.
On site.
In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.
We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
You can expect thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for career progression over time.
