CybelAngel is one of the global pioneers in cybersecurity: our systems explore the open, deep & dark webs every day to protect the security of large enterprises. We collect and process billions of signals at scale; our proprietary dataset, enriched by advanced AI filtering, is a unique asset on the market.

CybelAngel was a forerunner in this sector by integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve alert detection and classification. This year, we took it one step further by aiming to automate our entire pipeline using the latest cutting-edge AI advancements and are now pushing the boundaries again by leveraging AI to exponentially increase the value delivered to customers.

Joining CybelAngel today means taking the lead of a tech-heavy organization (45 AI/backend/frontend engineers, 5 PMs, 5 Data Scientists), an “AI-first” platform, and tackling exciting challenges: massive data ingestion, real-time pipelines, deep learning algorithms—all at global scale.

Your main responsibilities

• Accelerate our “AI-first” approach: for the past ten years, our own machine learning algorithms have powered the platform; your role is to take this expertise even further, to evolve CybelAngel from detection to automated threat resolution.

• Unlock the full value of the immense, unique dataset we collect daily (billions of signals from the open, deep & dark web) by designing new generative AI models and services with high customer impact.

• Unite a high-performing team (45 Dev, 5 AI, 5 PM) around shared goals, a “one team” culture, and a squad-based organization with end-to-end ownership.

• Stimulate product and technical innovation: reduce time-to-market, consolidate the architecture, and inspire the community of engineers, data scientists, and product managers

• Work closely with the CEO and the Executive Committee from our Paris 9ᵗʰ offices to strengthen CybelAngel’s positioning as a global cybersecurity pioneer

Your profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent and 10-15 years of experience in leadership roles combining Product & Engineering.

• B2B SaaS data-intensive / cybersecurity track record: massive data ingestion, real-time pipelines, microservices, public cloud.

• AI/ML enthusiast: model deployment, understanding of LLM architectures and MLOps best practices.

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams of 40–60 FTE, including in times of organizational transformation.

• Languages: fluent English required, operational French
