The team

The role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Technician to oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure of our data center.

In this role, you will work on-site at the data center, coordinate server equipment operations with contractors, troubleshoot hardware issues and take full responsibility for a wide range of IT tasks.

You're welcome to work in our data center in Paris, France.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan regular IT tasks in the data center.
  • Solve issues with IT hardware, support IT infrastructure in data center.
  • Install/upgrade/dismantle hardware by requests.
  • Collaborate with related departments and external
  • Analyze problems and abnormal situations that arise in the data center, define and solve the root.
  • Keep reports on the work of IT data center support.
  • Create and keep actual processes/procedures of operation and repair of server equipment.
We expect you to have:
  • 3+ year experience of work in data centers with server and network equipment.
  • Practical experience in planning and solving technical problems.
  • Know the principles of the data center, server and network equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux and the command line.
  • Knowledge in project planning and management.
  • Strong written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Excel experience (pivot tables, formulas, lists, graphs).
  • Be activity and initiative.
  • Be responsibility and purposefulness.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
  • Driving license B category.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL methodology, the operational activities of the technical support service (ITSM).
