Your role
Join Hublo as a Senior Product Manager to lead one of our strategic product initiatives!
You build and scale a product that solve complex operational problems for healthcare organisations .
As such, you work at the intersection of product strategy, technical innovation, and business impact , alongside Engineering, Data, Design, and Go-To-Market teams.
Your missions
As Senior Product Manager at Hublo, you own a product space end-to-end , from discovery to impact, and help push the bar for product excellence.
Product Strategy
You define and drive an impactful product vision, in alignment with Hublo’s strategy
Through customer insights and research, you proactively identify strategic market opportunities
You translate opportunities into clear product priorities and roadmap decisions
You contribute to product positioning and drive measurable business impact
Product Discovery & Delivery
You lead discovery to develop a deep understanding of HR operations in the healthcare sector and the workflows behind them
You position yourself as a product domain expert on market standards, regulatory context, and competitive landscape
You transform complex operational problems into simple, reliable, and scalable product experiences
You work closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality solutions
Product Impact
You define and track product metrics such as adoption, engagement, and customer value
You drive continuous product improvement through data analysis et customer feedback
You actively contribute to go-to-market execution by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximise product impact
Cross-team Collaboration
You drive alignment across Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver on product strategy
You lead prioritisation and trade-off discussions to maximise business and product impact
You act as a trusted product expert and contribute to high-level strategic decision-making
What we’re looking for
You have 5+ years of Product Management experience , ideally in B2B SaaS environments where discovery, technical collaboration, and business impact were equally important
You have successfully scaled products in complex domains , navigating ambiguity to deliver meaningful product outcomes
You have a solid expertise in product discovery, problem framing, and turning operational complexity into clear product directions
You are comfortable working with engineering and data teams on technically challenging topics
You use data, customer feedback, and experimentation to guide product decisions
You combine product intuition, business understanding, and execution discipline
You communicate with clarity and influence across technical and business stakeholders
You demonstrate high ownership, curiosity, and a strong drive for impact
