Job description
We are looking for an Adobe Campaign expert to join our team of project managers and work alongside the Data (engineers, analysts, developers) and Marketing teams on customer relationship management (CRM) issues for one of our clients in the banking sector.
You will bring your technical expertise in Adobe Campaign to international projects and provide valuable technical support to campaign managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Challenge and guide clients in setting up their projects using your expertise.
Configure and optimize developments related to workflows, channels (SMS, email, landing pages, surveys, Message Center modules, etc.) and reporting in Adobe Campaign.
Support and train project managers on Adobe Campaign.
Contribute with your solution expertise to all Numberly projects.

Regular trips to Brussels are to be expected.
Qualifications:
With a degree in computer science, you have at least two years of experience in a similar position.
Bilingual in English, and in French or Dutch.
Real technical and functional expertise in Adobe Campaign - Adobe certification would be a plus.
Experience in JavaScript coding in Adobe Campaign and knowledge of the system's database model.
Experience with one or more database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Curious, independent, proactive, and a team player.
Able to work with project managers, IT developers, marketing managers, and data analysts.
Ability to adapt to new marketing automation modules/tools.
Good interpersonal skills and highly motivated to work in an innovative environment (Internet and mobile) within a young (average age 27) and international (20 nationalities) team.
