Business Development Lead

We are looking for a senior Business Development Lead who understands Web3 at a fundamental level and can translate deep technical capability into commercial outcomes. You will own the top of our enterprise funnel — identifying, qualifying, and closing engagements with the kinds of companies who care about engineering rigor, audit-readiness, and long-term partnership over quick wins.

**Responsibilities**:

* Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise Web3 and IoT engagements
* Own relationships with prospective clients from first conversation through signed SOW
* Translate client goals into scoped project briefs in collaboration with senior engineers
* Represent Wagmi Studio at industry events, partner conferences, and private roundtables
* Develop strategic partnerships with complementary agencies, L1/L2 foundations, and tooling providers
* Contribute to pricing, positioning, and service packaging decisions

**Requirements**:

* 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships — ideally at a technical services firm
* Working fluency in Web3 concepts: smart contracts, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, L1/L2 landscape
* Proven track record closing six- and seven-figure engagements
* Excellent written and verbal English; French or another European language is a plus
* Comfortable operating asynchronously across time zones
* A genuine respect for engineering and the ability to speak credibly with CTOs

**Nice to Have:**

* Prior experience at a blockchain or IoT-focused services firm
* Existing network within the European Web3 ecosystem
* Familiarity with MiCA and European regulatory context
* Background or coursework in computer science or engineering
