About the roleYou will support the Global Communications Manager in executing PayFit's communications strategy across France, Spain, and the UK. This is an exciting hands-on role at the intersection of internal comms and external communications giving you real exposure to how a fast-growing European tech company builds its reputation and narrative.
What you'll work on
PR & media support
- Help create briefs and background documents for our PR agencies ahead of campaigns and announcements.
- Support maintaining our press coverage tracker across France, Spain, and the UK (monitoring, clipping, and reporting).
Thought leadership & Employee advocacy- Assist in drafting and reviewing thought leadership content for PayFit campaigns (product launches, brand campaigns, etc).
- Assist in drafting and reviewing employee spokesperson briefing documents for media or speaking engagements.
- Support the creation of messaging toolkits and resources for employee advocacy initiatives.
Internal communications- Produce content for our internal newsletters : gathering inputs, drafting, formatting.
- Support the preparation of company business event content (slide formatting, content support).
- Ensure our Global resources drive is up to date: recordings, Q&As, slide decks and translations where needed.
- Be the main point of contact for PayFit’s intranet, ensuring key pages and the homepage are up-to-date.
- Support internal teams on employee communications
- Help maintain our annual communications calendar.
- Assist in KPI tracking and reporting (coverage quality, media visibility, internal engagement metrics, surveys).
- Support on brainstorms to elevate internal and external communications initiatives.
What we're looking for- Currently studying Communications, Marketing or a related field (Master's level).
- Strong communication skills in French (Native) and English (C1) - your future manager is native English.
- A creative storyteller who can turn information into clear, compelling content.
- Curious, organised, and comfortable working across multiple topics.
- A self-starter who's not afraid to test and continuously improve.
- An interest in the world of tech, HR, and the future of work.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc), and Google Workspace.
- Direct mentorship from our Global Communications Manager.
- Exposure to multi-market communications and understanding of how stories/information travel across different cultures and languages.
- Involvement in real launches, campaigns, and company announcements.
- A front-row seat to how a growing European tech company communicates internally and externally.
