We combine operational excellence with creative thinking to constantly adapt, innovate, and stay ahead of the market.RoleWe are looking for a Creative Strategist to shape the ad strategy behind our portfolio of games and apps. You’ll spot market trends, uncover what drives performance, and turn insights into actionable creative briefs. Working closely with UA, Marketing Artists, Developers, Product teams, and Growth leaders, you’ll drive creative decisions that turn bold ideas into high-performing ads and help our products become global hits.ResponsibilitiesYour goal will be to understand what makes a game stand out, spot what drives ad performance, and turn those insights into creative strategies that fuel growth. You’ll combine market intelligence, performance data, and creative thinking to help our games capture attention and win players.Managing your own portfolio of games, you will:Define the creative strategy for your games: understand each game's core mechanics, audience, growth priorities, and competitive landscape to identify the strongest creative opportunities.Spot what makes ads work: deconstruct top-performing creatives to uncover winning hooks, gameplay mechanics, storytelling patterns, and trends worth exploring.Turn insights into creative direction: translate benchmarking, market intelligence, and performance data into sharp, actionable briefs that inspire new concepts and guide execution.Think like both a strategist and a creative: build hypotheses around what will capture attention and drive results, then use performance data to validate your ideas and refine your approach.Work closely with UA and creative teams: collaborate with Marketing Artists and Developers to turn insights into compelling ads, while aligning with Product teams and Growth leaders on game priorities.Benchmark relentlessly: use internal tools and platforms such as MarketIQ, Apptica, and Data.ai to track competitors, anticipate emerging trends, and uncover new opportunities across genres.Turn learnings into action: analyze creative performance, share insights across teams, and scale winning approaches across our game portfolio.Push creative performance further: identify opportunities to improve workflows, creative output, and team capabilities to keep Voodoo ahead of the market.ProfileExperience in creative strategy, growth marketing, strategy consulting, or a similar role.Strong understanding of mobile games, player behavior, and performance-driven advertising.Ability to combine market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and performance data to shape creative strategies and identify growth opportunities.Strong analytical and ideation skills, with the ability to turn insights into compelling concepts and actionable creative briefs.Proficiency in analytics and benchmarking tools; hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.).Excellent communication skills (full english proficiency, french is a strong plus) and ability to collaborate across UA, Creative, and Product teams.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to challenge existing approaches, experiment, and iterate.You thrive in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility.Benefits (France)Competitive salary based on experienceSwile Lunch voucherGymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your familyWellness activities in our Paris officeFull remote for candidates based abroad (benefits according to the country you reside in), with relocation to Paris subject to discussion.
