As part of the Human Resources team, you will report directly to the HR Business Partner and work in a team of five people. You will be involved in talent acquisition and various HR issues with an international dimension.

 

What does this Apprenticeship involve?

 

Recruitment:

  • Managing the recruitment of interns/work-study students.

  • Defining and formalizing requirements, posting job ads online.

  • Organizing and participating in interviews and follow-ups with managers.

  • Preparing for the integration of new arrivals (Welcome Day) and improving integration and recruitment processes.

 

Training:

  • Collecting requirements and rolling out the training plan (using internal tools and external service providers)

 

Employer branding:

  • Developing our employer brand with external partners and school relations

  • Participating in and hosting recruitment forums at partner schools

 

Personnel administration:

  • HR administrative support: Administrative management of new interns/work-study students and new hires (creation of internal accounts (SAP), tracking of employment contract/agreement requests, preparation of new hire files).

  • Participation in cross-functional

 

HR projects:

  • Internal communication, engagement projects, implementation of new systems, HR analyses, etc.

 

Required skills for this position:

  • You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources.

  • You are adaptable and versatile.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Fluency in English is essential.
