What will be your role ?

Daily Accounting Task :

• Create Purchase Order and match corresponding invoices

• Approve payable invoices and prepare payment batch

• Proceed with manual and automated payments

• Maintain Supplier Database (creation, status, payment terms)

• Maintain Fixed Assets Lists (creation, disposal, write off )

• Maintain Provider Commission Model (calculate commissions, send invoices, update accruals)

Month-end process and reporting:

• Participate to the month-end and yearly close

• Collate and reconcile invoices to be received, and book accrual accordingly

• Assist department in preparing or checking monthly reconciliations

• Collate Data and prepare files for Regulatory Reporting

• Update Consolidation Software HFM

• Work on Interim and Year End Audit

• Prepare Financial Statements of the year

Your Profile ?

• Graduated in Finance - Accounting

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Excel skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Flexibility and ability to grow with the role and the company
