Recruitment Context

You are an Experienced Product Manager ready to help the team make Partoo's mobile app the best companion for people working in stores!

Your mission will be to increase the app's usage and stickiness by helping local teams drive more store visits, improve their online reputation, and build customer loyalty - all while collaborating seamlessly with their colleagues to reach these goals.

As part of the Interactions Tribe, you'll work with a team of 4 developers and 1 dedicated mobile QA to craft an engaging, high-performing mobile experience that truly supports people in stores every day.

MISSIONS

• Own the Product Roadmap : Create, prioritize, and implement your team's product roadmap to maximize impact.
• Collaboration : Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to gather feedback and refine your product.
• Innovative Design : Partner with Product Design to create user-friendly, cutting-edge solutions.
• Delivery Excellence : Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely delivery and continuously improve your squad's velocity.
• Deep User Understanding : Conduct customer interviews to gain insights and fine-tune the product to meet user needs.
• Product Performance : Monitor and analyze product performance and the impact of new features to ensure success.

IT'S A MATCH

• At least 3-years of Product Management experience on a mobile application.
• Ability to create a long-term roadmap aligned with company goals and defend it through market understanding, customer feedback, and data.
• Technical aptitude and familiarity with SCRUM or other agile frameworks.
• Analytical mindset with a love for data analysis.
• Proficient in conducting user research, engaging with end-users to understand their needs.
• Enjoys rapid experimentation to deliver the best customer experience.
• Self-starter, proactive, and open to peer collaboration.
• Fluent in French, comfortable with English.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

• First video interview with Julie, Talent Acquisition
• 45 min of live problem solving with a case study + 45 min interview with Jonathan, the Tribe's Lead Product Manager
• 30 min interview with Savinien, Partoo's CPO + 30 min interview with the mobile team Lead Developer
• Optional: coffee chat with the Impact Team you'll be joining to assess team fit and provide more context about the position, the team, and the company to envision our collaboration together
