Minimum qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in enterprise, Go-To-Market or sales recruiting.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech, or in a similar industry.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
- 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages leveraging experience competing for talent.
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud across Western Europe. You will directly support the growth and success of the Cloud Customers business in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (BENELUX), Nordics and France, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for proactively engaging and hiring exceptional candidates for a variety of Go-To-Market (GTM) roles, including Cloud Sales, Client Solutions and Technical Solutions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted hiring strategies to deliver for the business.

Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for everyone, from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, drive the interview process and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing.
- Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
- Negotiate complex and competitive offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
