About the role

You own and grow a portfolio of around 100 mid-market and commercial accounts. Your job is to hit ambitious net revenue targets by expanding existing accounts and hunting for new opportunities within your base. You join an Account Management team of 8 people that is moving upmarket toward larger accounts, and you play a direct part in that shift.

What you will do

• Manage around 100 mid-market and commercial accounts and hit retention and expansion targets.

• Read adoption and usage data to spot whitespace, then build account tiering and expansion plans (cross-sell, new use cases, new business units and personas).

• Map stakeholders, identify champions, multi-thread, and run mutual action plans with real closing discipline.

• Anticipate renewals, protect ARR, and handle procurement and discount pressure by trading rather than giving away.

• Keep forecasts accurate and your pipeline clean, with clear next steps on every opportunity.

• Share what works with the team and help raise the bar toward larger accounts.

About you

• You have experience as an Account Manager or Account Executive carrying an expansion target, and you know how to hunt and create opportunities on an existing portfolio.

• You own your number: you think in ARR, track pipeline coverage, and forecast accurately.

• You have managed a high-volume book (roughly 100 to 300 accounts) in Mid-Market or SMB, and you know how to tier it and decide where to invest your time.

• You use adoption and usage data to find whitespace and build a clear expansion plan.

• You are comfortable with stakeholder mapping, champion identification, multi-threading, and closing discipline.

• You protect value in renewals and negotiations instead of defaulting to discounts.

• You have a strong appetite for AI tools and use them to work faster and sharper across a large portfolio.

• You take ownership, communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, learn fast from what does not work, and bring energy to a team.

• You speak French at native level (C2) and at at least minimum a B2 level in English.
