Position Description: You join CGI, a world leader in consulting, digital services and engineering services, within the Human Resources Department. Do you want to contribute to concrete actions in favor of inclusion? Join our health, safety, well-being and inclusion expertise center and participate in the deployment of its commitments with HR teams, managers and Business Units. In conjunction with internal stakeholders, you transform the orientations of the expertise center into operational action plans, monitoring indicators and recommendations adapted to the challenges of the BUs. You also contribute to the preparation of instances, to the animation of internal mechanisms and networks and to the development of practices promoting inclusion and diversity.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Disability:

• Contribute to the deployment and monitoring of the Disability action plan (mechanisms, recommendation, CSEC monitoring, etc.).
• Develop communication and awareness materials necessary for the implementation of the action plan.
• Monitor indicators and support BUs (data analysis, best practices, workshop facilitation, dashboards).
• Advise BUs on local actions to be deployed.
• Develop STPA partnerships and facilitate responses to calls for tenders.
• Organize highlights and lead actions (e.g., SEEPH, awareness actions).
• Represent CGI externally.
• Monitor practices and mechanisms likely to enrich Disability and inclusion actions.

Professional equality between men and women and experienced employees:

• Contribute to the construction and monitoring of the action plan relating to professional equality between men and women, in conjunction with the HR functions concerned.
• Contribute to the construction and monitoring of the action plan relating to experienced employees, in conjunction with the HR functions concerned.
• Contribute to the identification of issues and obstacles and participate in the definition and monitoring of corrective actions with the relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate or monitor actions falling within the expertise center: awareness, communication, network animation and support for stakeholders.
• Promote the mechanisms and good practices of the expertise center.
• Manage the offers dedicated to your scope and facilitate audits, labels, calls for tenders, ESG reports and external communications.
• Contribute to the experimentation of new mechanisms, to the improvement of existing actions and to the development of strategic partnerships.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

With a Bac+5 degree (HR or Work Psychology ideally), you have experience or training related to human resources, inclusion, or project management. You know how to organize and monitor actions involving various interlocutors. Your skills are as follows:

• Project management and ability to structure an action plan.
• Ease in data analysis and construction of monitoring indicators.
• Proficiency in office tools (office suite, TEAMS, etc.).
• Proficiency in AI (Copilot, Chat GPT).
• Good writing and communication skills, both written and oral.
• English level B1/B2.
• Ability to formulate recommendations and support their implementation.
