You've already gained experience in a professional kitchen and you're looking for a role where you can take on more responsibility?

At Coccodrillo, we're looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

This is a hands-on position for someone who already has a solid foundation in the kitchen and is ready to take greater ownership of their work. You'll be involved in preparation and service, work closely with the Chef de Partie and gradually take responsibility for specific tasks and preparations within your section.

Whether you're an experienced Commis de Cuisine looking for your next challenge or you've already worked as a Demi Chef de Partie, we're interested in meeting you.

Your role & responsibilities

You'll play an active role in your section and contribute directly to the success of every service:

• Prepare ingredients, mise en place and dishes according to Big Mamma recipes and quality standards

• Take responsibility for specific preparations and tasks within your section

• Support the Chef de Partie during preparation and service

• Maintain consistency, quality and presentation throughout service

• Organize your workstation and mise en place efficiently

• Support the team during busy services and adapt to changing priorities

• Work closely with the Chef de Partie, Commis and wider kitchen team

• Help maintain a clean, organized and efficient kitchen

• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

You won't just be supporting the kitchen , you'll have your own responsibilities and a real role to play in every service.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen

• Experience as a Commis de Cuisine, Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar role

• Solid understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

• Motivation to take on responsibility and develop your skills

• Good organization and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude

• Passion for food and hospitality
