Job Title: Account Manager - Ingredient Processing- EuropeLocation: Austria - open to other European locations (Netherlands, Germany, France) The Account Manager – BCIP Europe is responsible for driving profitable growth across a defined portfolio of customers within the Baking, Confectionery & Ingredient Processing (BCIP) segment.The role centers on accelerating growth in Ingredients Processing through strong customer engagement, proactive opportunity development, and effective execution of regional commercial strategies.Your key responsibilities:Own and develop a portfolio of customers, driving profitable growth and long-term partnershipsBuild and execute account plans aligned with BCIP regional strategyIdentify, develop and convert a robust sales pipeline in CRM (Atlas)Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract management in line with company guidelinesCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer projects and win new business.
