Freelance - Transaction Services Consultant - Dubai
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Transaction Services Consultant – Sell-Side Advisory for a transition management assignment based in Dubai, in the retail sector.
⚡ Your future mission :
• You lead the preparation and structuring of the financial documentation required for a sell-side / vendor due diligence process.
• You produce sell-side financial analyses (P&L, net debt, working capital, quality of earnings) to support the transaction.
• You consolidate and structure the information requested by potential acquirers and other stakeholders throughout the process.
• You are directly and operationally involved in the execution of the work, acting as a true sell-side Transaction Services expert in close contact with the client.
⭐Your profil :
• 5 to 12 years of experience in Transaction Services / Sell-Side Advisory / Deals / Corporate Finance, ideally within a Big Four or a specialized M&A advisory firm.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in sell-side Transaction Services and financial analysis, with excellent Excel skills.
• Excellent writing skills; all deliverables must be produced in English.
• Prior experience supporting company disposals / sell-side M&A transactions is a strong plus.
• Fluent English is mandatory; French is a plus to facilitate exchanges with the client and the local team.

• Accommodation and travel expenses included
• Daily Rate 700-800 € (3000-3400 AED)
