Internship 6 Months - Starting July 2026

Global Business Development 3- axis brands team is looking for a 6-month intern from July 2026 . The role will be based in Paris Coty headquarter (14, rue du 4 Septembre 75002).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Development team is a commercial team, embedded in the brand s , whose main role is to drive the global long-term business strategy of our brands, ensuring full alignment with Fashion Houses.

As our Business Development Intern, your main focus will be to support the team to :

• Track and analyze sell-in & sell-out performance at global level against KPIs/comparable benchmarks .

• Run market and competitor analysis

• Run in-depth category studies on Make Up and Niche Collections

• Consolidate contractual documents (reports, distribution li sts )

• Coordinate launch needs with 360teams (samples, assets, mock ups , etc. )

• Update global database ensuring constant accuracy of all product catalogs, contact list , brand distribution, etc.

• Facilitate the preparation of key meetings including business review and fashion house presentations

• Manage & consolidate Global brand updates with Global teams via Sharepoint and Newsletter updates to Markets

Working for Coty within t he Global Business Development team means exposure and interactions with many of Coty business units worldwide ( Regional and local Marketing), Operating Office, Fragrance and Makeup Global Marketing team , as well as other internal teams such as Merchandising, Digital, Influencer Marketing, Media teams based in Paris.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to interact with multiple stakeholders and learn about the beauty business environment and international trends. As an experienced Trade Marketer, you coordinate requests and feedback with your peers and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• are a Masters student with prior 6-months internship in marketing or sales or consulting

• have a strong business acumen and analytical background (advanced Excel skills required)

• are used to evolve in an international context and fluent in English (>50% work in English)

• are keen to work in a fast-paced environment and to lead projects in an independent manner

• are reliable and attentive to details

• are passionate about the beauty industry
