Director of Private Assets & Lifestyle Management
AHS is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Private Assets & Lifestyle Management to oversee the comprehensive management of luxury assets, including high-end houses, yachts, and private jets. This leadership role requires an individual who excels at delivering bespoke lifestyle services, asset management, and personalized client experiences to our elite clientele. The Director will manage all aspects of the luxury lifestyle portfolio, ensuring seamless operations, maintenance, and tailored experiences that reflect the highest standards of exclusivity and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the management of private luxury assets such as residences, yachts, and jets, ensuring optimal upkeep, operation, and value preservation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their lifestyle needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams across different asset types to deliver flawless service and operational excellence.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiations related to asset maintenance, upgrades, and lifestyle services.
- Oversee concierge and lifestyle management services including travel arrangements, event planning, and unique experiences tailored to client desires.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and security requirements across assets.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the private assets and lifestyle management function.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the private assets and lifestyle management team.
- Represent AHS at industry events, networking forums, and client engagements to uphold brand prestige.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing luxury private assets and lifestyle services, with a proven track record in handling high-net-worth clientele.
- Comprehensive knowledge of luxury houses, yachts, and private jets operational and maintenance requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional client relationship management and communication skills.
- Experience in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiation within the luxury sector.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and a deep understanding of privacy considerations in luxury service delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Multilingual abilities and international exposure are advantageous.
