Responsibilities

• Delivering online consulting on French labor laws and employment policies (e.g., contract terms, working hours, termination procedures) to help clients maintain compliance.

• Collaborating with clients via virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams) to understand their needs and provide clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven HR Expertise in France : Long-term experience working in the French HR industry, with in-depth knowledge of local labor policies, compensation frameworks, corporate culture, and employee relations.
• Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and French (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with clients and interpret cross-cultural HR needs.
• Remote Consulting Experience : Prior experience providing online/remote HR consulting services is highly preferred.You should be comfortable using digital tools to deliver advice and build client relationships.
