Today, in a context of strong growth, Louis Vuitton invites you to imagine your own journey by joining our teams.Because you are unique!Louis Vuitton is committed to equal opportunities, promotes inclusion and diversity in all their forms, and is dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities in order to value every individual uniqueness.The RoleJoin Louis Vuitton’s EMEA Headquarters in Paris as EMEA Retail Learning Project Manager.In this role, you will lead the deployment of retail learning initiatives across the EMEA region, with a focus on the Silhouette categories: Women’s Shoes, Women’s Ready-to-Wear, and Men’s universe.Your mission will be to strengthen product knowledge, support commercial performance, and empower retail teams through engaging and impactful learning journeys.Job ResponsabilitiesAnimate New Product & Category TrainingCollaborate with the Central Retail Learning team to adapt content to retail needsLead the rollout of training initiatives related to seasonal collections and product categoriesDesign engaging and accessible EMEA learning content aligned with the Maison’s standardsEnsure training materials are delivered on time and adapted to market specificitiesAnimate RTW Expert LearningDesign and deliver an expert programme dedicated to Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-WearDevelop immersive learning formats, notably through sessions held in ParisCoordinate the logistical and pedagogical aspects of in-person training sessionsContinuously evolve the programme based on feedback, collections, and business needsAct as a business partner to support commercial performanceIdentify training needs that have a direct impact on commercial performanceDeploy targeted initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling techniquesSupport EMEA Way-up stores in particular to maximise training adoption and impactCollaborate cross-functionallyWork with the EMEA Merchandising teams to align content with product prioritiesPartner with regional Retail Learning teams to ensure consistent and locally relevant deploymentAct as a link between central teams and the field to ensure strategic alignmentManage projects seamlesslyOversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for learning projectsCoordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely deliveryMonitor project progress and report to managementMeasure success and drive continuous improvementDefine and track KPIs for learning programmesGather feedback and analyse performance to improve learning initiativesStay informed on retail learning trends and innovationsProfileTo succeed in this position, you will bring together the following skills and qualities:Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Fashion, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in the Learning field, with a strong project management dimension in a retail or luxury environmentExperience in designing and facilitating in-person training programs and workshops.Proven experience in product or collection training, ideally in the fashion or luxury sectorDemonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market projects in diverse cultural environmentsRequired Skills:Strong project management and organizational skillsExcellent facilitation and animation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiencesStrong product sensitivity and passion for fashion, particularly Women's and Men's Ready-to-WearExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentFluent English essential; another language would be an assetExcellent command of PowerPointTravel in Europe may be requiredAdditional InformationJoin us and be part of the Louis Vuitton adventure!ContractPermanent JobExperienceMinimum 5 yearsTypeFull TimeFunctionRetail
