Business Developer - XX (H/F)

Founded in 2021, ALLISONE is a fast-growing startup transforming the way dental professionals communicate with their patients through Artificial Intelligence.

We build the AI layer for dental practices. Our software reads X-rays, writes clinical notes from the dentist's voice, identifies implants, and is becoming a full agent for the back office of a practice.

We're a small, profitable team used daily by thousands of dental practices across Europe, including some of the largest dental groups on the continent. We intend to scale without becoming a bloated company which means everyone here operates with leverage, not headcount.

The role

You own the SMB segment end to end: inbound leads come in from our ads, webinars and product signups, and you take them from first call to signed contract. No handoffs, no SDR-to-AE ping-pong. You qualify, you demo, you close, you make sure the practice is live.

Concretely

• Run discovery and product demos with dentists and practice owners (FR and EN)

• Close new business and handle the commercial side of onboarding

• Work our existing base for upsell on new products (voice, implant ID,…)

• Run outbound on target segments when inbound isn't enough

• Own a stand at ADF in November — France’s biggest dental congress, thousands of dentists in four days. This is a major moment for the company and you'll be at the center of it.

• Keep HubSpot clean and your own pipeline honest

Who you are

• 2–3 years in B2B sales with a real closing track record. You've carried a number and hit it.

• Fluent in French and English. Both are used daily, non-negotiable.

• You're comfortable selling to people smarter than you about their own job. Dentists are demanding, skeptical, and busy — you'll need substance, not scripts.

• You build your own tooling. We expect you to automate your own follow-ups, research, and admin with AI agents. If your reflex when facing a repetitive task is "I'll just do it faster", this isn't the right place.

• You like speed and you don't need a manager to tell you what to do on a Tuesday morning.

Bonus

• Healthcare, dental, or medtech experience

• Spanish or Italian

• You've been early at a startup and know what initiatives actually feels like
