As the preferred partner of insurers in the commercial Property & Casualty space, we enable them to make smarter, faster underwriting decisions by leveraging the power of data and AI.

We focus on improving risk assessment, monitoring portfolios and accelerating the underwriting process. Role overview: Become the architect of our growth
Continuity is a growing InsurTech. Our mission: help insurers make better underwriting decisions through AI. Following our €10M Series A fundraising in 2024, we are entering a new phase: building robust operational foundations to support our next scale‑up stage.
We are recruiting a Business Partner to build, structure, and elevate our Operations function. This is a hybrid, highly strategic role combining complex project leadership and the design of scalable operational models, in a context of strong growth and international expansion.
This role is a cornerstone of our Series B equity story.
Responsibilities:
Your role is structured around 3 major strategic pillars:
1. Lead high‑stakes strategic projects
- Own the success of deployments for our largest insurer clients.
- Drive the full project lifecycle: scoping, requirements gathering, solution configuration, change management, and steering committee leadership (both operational and strategic)
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to maximize delivered value.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead complex projects involving multi-entity setups, numerous stakeholders, data migration, API integrations, and portfolio steering strategies.
2. Build scalable Operations
- Standardize our operating models to increase predictability in pre‑sales sizing and professionalize our delivery.
- Build the Operations performance cockpit (capacity planning, client usage, delivery performance).
- Identify efficiency levers and integrate AI (agents) and automation bricks into our processes to scale our impact.
- Design and co‑build the playbooks, tools, and templates that will form the backbone of our delivery model.
3. Design the Ops of tomorrow
- Act as the architect of our future delivery models: what does delivering 100+ projects per year look like? What segmentation opportunities exist?
- Contribute to cross‑functional strategic initiatives: new offer creation, international deployments, etc.
- Experiment, iterate, and elevate our ability to execute… at very large scale.
What you bring:
Background
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a strategy or transformation consulting firm (Tier 1 / Tier 2), or in a Strategy/Ops role in a scale‑up.
- Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (or equivalent).
- Experience in SaaS or insurance is a plus, not a requirement.
Mindset & Skills
- Ability to take strategic height while remaining highly hands‑on.
Strong rigor, methodology, and impact orientation.
Comfortable navigating between strategic topics and operational execution.
Delivery‑driven mindset: you like when things move fast and move well.
Strong interest in tech, data, and applied AI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English).
